We exist to help individuals and small businesses protect what they've built. Veteran-owned and operated out of San Diego, California.
After serving honorably in the Marine Corps and working alongside his father in financial services, Victor founded Skane Strategies in April 2025. The mission was simple: bring strategic thinking and honest counsel to an industry that too often prioritizes transactions over relationships.
Victor understands that insurance decisions aren't made in a vacuum. They're connected to families, businesses, dreams, and legacies. That's why every engagement starts with listening, understanding the full picture before recommending anything.
Before going independent, Victor provided white-glove service to a book of over 150 families. He was personally responsible for onboarding and managing relationships with the adult children of existing clients, giving him years of hands-on experience understanding what young professionals actually need to focus on. That real-world foundation is what drives Strategic Reserve coaching.
On the technology side, Victor has been programming since he was ten. That background gives him a systematic way of thinking that most traditional advisors simply don't have. Anyone can prompt an AI tool and get generic results. It takes a power user to extract real value from what these systems can do, and when off-the-shelf solutions fall short, Victor has the ability and the drive to build bespoke solutions from scratch. That's what makes Skane Strategies' AI integration service different.
How we got here

Victor was born to two first-generation immigrants from the Skåne region of southern Sweden. Their heritage, and the Skånegripen that represents it, carried forward a tradition of resilience, craftsmanship, and integrity.

Why the name
Skåne (Scania in English) is the southernmost region of Sweden, where the Krvaric family traces its roots. The Skånegripen, the heraldic griffin of Scania, combines the strength of a lion with the flight of an eagle. It’s been a symbol of protective vigilance for centuries.
Our colors are drawn from the Skåne coat of arms. Red for courage and the willingness to make difficult decisions. Gold for wisdom and the enduring worth of proper preparation.
At the center of our shield is a cross, a reminder of the servant leadership that guides our work. We measure success by the relationships we build, not the policies we sell.
